General Care

Ventilation: Ensure that there is adequate ventilation underneath your decking to prevent moisture buildup. Keep the area beneath your decking free from obstructions for proper airflow.
Hot Tub Ventilation: If you have a hot tub near your decking, make sure to maintain a 25mm gap around it for proper ventilation.
Jet Washers: Jet washers can be used on decking boards, but only on a low-pressure setting. Do not use jet washers on foiled balustrades, as this could damage the finish.

Cleaning and Care Instructions

Decking:

Clean the decking boards with a solution of warm, soapy water using a cloth, sponge, or soft bristle brush.

Balustrades:

Clean the balustrades with a warm soapy water solution, using a cloth or sponge.
Avoid jet washers on foiled balustrades.

Important Restrictions:

Do not place any hot surfaces (such as BBQs) near the decking.
Avoid using glass/PVC cleaning products or any bleach or solvent-based cleaners.
Do not scrub your decking or balustrades with abrasive materials like scourers, sandpaper, or stiff wire brushes, as this can damage the surfaces.

Additional Tips:

Some brands of sun cream can leave permanent stains on foiled balustrade finishes—use caution when applying near your deck.
Avoid rubber mats or rubber-backed mats on the decking, as they can cause damage to the surface.
