FloPlast recommends using silicone spray/lubricant on all gutter installations, especially on fittings with seals. Avoid using washing-up liquid, as it may damage rubber seals.

Downpipe clips should be positioned below the sockets of offset bends, joints, branches, and shoes, with a maximum distance of 1.8 meters between clips.
Which screws should be used to secure fascia brackets to fascia boards?
