Step 1: Tool Selection

Step 2: Wall Preparation

Begin by preparing the wall surface:

Ensure the wall is clean and free from dust.
Apply a diluted PVA solution to the wall 24 hours before installation to help remove any residual particles.

Step 3: Setting the Level

To ensure a straight installation:

Use a laser level to position the capping and base transitions at the bottom of the wall, aligning them to sit flush with the floor, skirting, or countertop.
Alternatively, a spirit level can also be used for alignment.

Step 4: Measuring and Cutting

For precision:

Measure the cladding area and account for any inconsistencies in the floor level.
Mark cutting lines, and if adjustments are needed, double-check with a spirit or laser level.

Step 5: Adhesive Preparation

Apply the single-part Premierbond adhesive to secure the trim along the pre-marked level.
Press down to set, then secure with masking tape until the adhesive fully sets as recommended.

Step 6: Adhesive Application

Measure the wall for sheet placement, noting all cutouts for sockets, switches, and pipes.
Measure twice, cut once to ensure accuracy, especially around corners where walls may require sheet adjustments.
