Robust aluminium sections. High quality supple EPDM Gasket in-situ. For roof pitches 35-50 degrees fit DGBS to the internal groove For roof pitches 15-35 degrees fit DGBS to the external groove.
Fitting Instructions:
Position and secure glazing material to the roof.
Cut MK4 Ridge and seals to required length.
Drill 6mm fixing holes.
The first and the last holes to be a maximum of 100mm from the ends and then at 300mm centres.
Attach Radius or Gable endcap and Wall endcap.
Position the MK4 Ridge profile on the glazing material. If fixing into hardwood, plastic or steel, drill a 3mm pilot hole. Before tightening down ridge, position Cresfinex bridgings with the flat bridging tongue under the Cresfinex gaskets.
The apex at the radius end where the rafters intersect must be flashed over before fitting Cresfinex. With gaskets and bridgings correctly positioned screw the Cresfinex extrusion home. Slide on top part of MK4 Ridge.
Insert crests and finial if required.
