Lightweight, High-Impact Clear Roofing for Canopies, Carports & Pergolas
The SUNTUF® 0.8mm Corrugated Clear Polycarbonate Roofing Sheet is a lightweight, durable roofing solution designed to bring natural daylight into covered outdoor spaces while providing reliable protection from the elements. Ideal for both DIY and professional projects, SUNTUF combines excellent impact resistance with outstanding light transmission and long-term weather performance.
With up to 90% light transmission, the clear polycarbonate construction creates a bright, open environment beneath the roof, making it particularly suitable for patios, pergolas, carports, canopies, gazebos, sheds, rooflights, and covered walkways. The sheets also block 99.9% of harmful UV radiation, helping provide protection while still allowing excellent levels of natural daylight through the roof.
At just 0.8mm thick, SUNTUF sheets are lightweight and easy to handle, cut, and install. Despite their low weight, polycarbonate provides exceptional impact resistance, including protection against hail, while offering excellent performance against wind, snow, and changing weather conditions.

Key Features
The sheets have an overall width of 900mm and an effective lapped width of approximately 800mm. A choice of 2m, 2.5m, 3m, 4m, and 6m lengths makes it easy to select the most suitable size for anything from a small garden project to a larger commercial or agricultural roof.
SUNTUF is suitable for a wide range of domestic, agricultural, and commercial applications, including industrial rooflights, agricultural buildings, commercial skylights, factory sidelights, swimming pool enclosures, sunrooms, architectural roofing, and garden structures.
For installation, a minimum roof pitch of 10° is recommended. A pitch as low as 5° may be possible where the supporting structure and batten spacing are appropriately adjusted for the additional loading. Recommended batten centres are 900mm at 50kg/m² loading and 800mm at 80kg/m² loading.
With a B-s1,d0 fire classification to EN 13501, excellent UV and weather resistance, and warranty protection against yellowing, loss of light transmission, and hail penetration, the SUNTUF® 0.8mm Corrugated Clear Polycarbonate Roofing Sheet provides a practical, long-lasting solution for creating bright and weather-protected outdoor spaces.
