- Finish the deck: Tidy up the sides with an angle trim.

Key considerations include maintaining good drainage, proper spacing between boards to account for expansion, and allowing the boards to acclimatize on-site for 72 hours before installation.
How to clean WPC decking?
To clean WPC decking:
- Pour hot water onto the decking and let it soak for 5-10 minutes.
- Work warm water and a neutral soap into the decking using a soft bristle brush.
- Either pressure wash to remove soap or rinse down with hot water.
- Remove water from the deck with a rubber-edged brush.
- Mop up remaining wet areas with a clean mop.
What should be expected regarding color changes in WPC decking?
Color may fade slightly over the first 12 months but will then settle down. It is advisable to store the boards on-site for 72 hours before installation to allow them to acclimatize.
Are there specific considerations for expansion in WPC decking?
Yes, variations in temperature will cause the boards to move, so there must always be a gap between two WPC products to accommodate this expansion.
