Low-Maintenance Woodgrain Composite Cladding

The 145mm Black 3C Traditional Composite Cladding combines the character of traditional timber cladding with the durability and low-maintenance benefits of modern composite materials. Featuring an attractive woodgrain-effect surface and a striking Black finish, it provides a smart, contemporary exterior covering for garden rooms, home extensions, outbuildings, offices, workshops and renovation projects.

Manufactured from approximately 55% recycled hardwood, 35% recycled HDPE plastic and 10% additives, 3C Composite Cladding makes use of recycled materials while creating a strong and weather-resistant exterior board. Unlike traditional timber cladding, it doesn't require regular painting, staining or treating to maintain its appearance.

Each board measures 145mm wide x 3.6m long and features a clever concealed installation system. The first board is secured directly to the supporting battens before the next board clicks into position, concealing the fixings and creating a clean, consistent finish across the wall.

For a strong and secure installation, supporting batten centres should not exceed 400mm. When using a timber framework, ensure the supporting battens or joists are securely fixed at the correct centres. Where two 3C cladding boards meet at a butt joint, double framework is required so that both board ends are adequately supported and secured.

Quality Cladding and First-Class Brissco Service

We've fitted various composite cladding systems and were impressed with the 3C boards. The black colour is consistent, the boards connect neatly and the concealed fixing design produces a professional finish. Easy to Fit and Looks Superb

Bought this to reclad an old workshop and it's completely transformed the building. The black finish looks smart and modern, and the woodgrain detail gives the boards plenty of character. They're also solid and feel very robust once installed.

Great Alternative to Painted Timber
