Low-Maintenance Woodgrain Composite Cladding

The 145mm Maple 3C Traditional Composite Cladding combines the warm, natural appearance of traditional timber with the durability and low-maintenance performance of modern composite materials. Featuring an attractive woodgrain-effect surface and a warm Maple finish, it provides a stylish exterior covering for garden rooms, home extensions, outbuildings, offices, workshops and renovation projects.

Manufactured from approximately 55% recycled hardwood, 35% recycled HDPE plastic and 10% additives, 3C Composite Cladding makes use of recycled materials while creating a strong and weather-resistant exterior board. Unlike traditional timber cladding, it doesn't require regular painting, staining or treating, helping reduce ongoing maintenance.

Each board measures 145mm wide x 3.6m long and incorporates a clever concealed installation system. The board is secured directly to the supporting battens before the next board clicks into position over the fixing, creating a neat and consistent finish without visible fixings across the completed wall.

For a strong and reliable installation, supporting batten centres should not exceed 400mm. When installing onto timber framework, all supporting battens or joists should be securely fixed at the correct centres. Where two 3C boards meet at a butt joint, double framework is required to ensure both ends of the cladding boards are properly supported and secured.

The natural-looking Maple colour makes this cladding particularly well suited to garden buildings and extensions where the appearance of timber is desired without the regular maintenance associated with traditional wooden cladding.

Quality Composite Cladding and Excellent Brissco Service

We've installed several different cladding systems, and the 3C Maple is a very good option for anyone wanting a traditional timber-style finish. The boards feel solid, fit together neatly and the concealed fixing design gives a professional result without rows of visible screws. Our customer was particularly pleased with the warm Maple colour and the fact that the composite contains recycled hardwood and plastic while requiring very little ongoing maintenance. Great Looking Cladding and Easy to Fit

Used the Maple 3C boards on an extension and the finished result looks superb. The woodgrain effect is subtle enough to look natural, and the colour gives the property a softer appearance than some of the darker composite cladding options. The boards were easy to cut and install, and once fitted the concealed fixings make the whole elevation look very tidy. It's also reassuring knowing there won't be the regular maintenance you'd get with timber.

Lovely Natural Timber Appearance

We chose the Maple 3C cladding for our garden room because we wanted something warmer than grey or black, and we're delighted with it.
